Partially renovated farmhouse on a large plot!
Deep in the south of the Baranya county lies the small but well-kept village of Bánfa. There are still a few basic basic services available such as a small neighborhood store. You want more … no problem of Szigetvár is about 15 minutes and Pécs about 45 minutes. Here you can find all major supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, Tesco, Spar etc ….
The village is easy to reach and you only have to drive a few kilometers from the provincial road (6) to get there. The area is surrounded by nature and loved by people who love peace, space and privacy. You really live in an authentic Hungarian village.
The farmhouse, built of stone and clay, was partially renovated in 2017 and part of the doors and windows have already been replaced by plastic windows with double glazing. Electricity and water pipes have been renewed and a new bathroom and kitchen has been installed. The new owner can organize and adjust the rest to his own taste.
The living area is 92 m2 and there are 3 rooms a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. On the large plot of 9410 m2 are still several outbuildings including a guest house (to renovate) and a stable.
Electricity and water is present and the drainage is via a septic tank. Wood stoves are used as heating or panel heaters can be installed.
Just a neat, typical Hungarian farmhouse in a typical Hungarian village on a large plot and also for a “small” price.
Bánfa is a place (község) and municipality in the Hungarian county Baranya. Bánfa has 205 inhabitants (2001). (5134)
