New offerings in Northern Hungary.
Typical Hungarian house in a beautiful setting!
In the medium village Bekölce (in the Bükk mountains) you find this charming, built entirely of stone, dwelling. The village itself has all the amenities that are needed for everyday life and if you want to go shopping and eat out than are the larger towns and Szilvásvárad Bélapátfalva in a maximum radius of 17 km. The baroque city of Eger is 25 km far and can be reached within 40 minutes.
If you look at the pictures you can see the beauty of this property is its location. The house is at the end of the village at about 1500 meters from the village center. From the backyard you have an unobstructed view and looking at a mountain / hill ….. how nice would one want it to have?
It is a house built of stone and has an elevation because it is built on a slope. In the basement area you can make a guest apartment with a private entrance.
You should be aware of some work ….. the bathroom is present but could use updating. Furthermore, it is often more cosmetic. The roof is tiled and the floors in the house are tiles and wood. There are many original features present so the charm of the house will benefit of that.
The living area is approximately 85 m2 and two rooms a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. There are two halls and a storage room. Place enough and the plot of 1039 m2 is nice practical and easy to maintain.
Electricity, water and gas is present and the drainage runs through the sewer. For heating there is a central gas heating.
As you can see …. the house is fully equipped.
Nice home with work but with potential and at an attractive price.
Bekölce is a municipality in the Hungarian county of Heves. In Bekölce live 826 people. Wikipedia
