Description
(Almost) a new build in a small village in a beautiful setting!
Close to town Szigetvár (about 18 km) lies the small village Ibafa . The area is hilly and quiet. The village lies between the Transdanubian hills and the hills of Zselic.
Here one can truly relax without one feels completely secluded. The village has a small local shop but in the nearby larger village Bükkösd (35 km) are more shops. Pécs and Kaposvár are at a distance of 40-45 km.
This house, built of stone, was built in 2009 and still needs to be finished somewhat but 98% of the house is ready. The living area is 64 m2 not so big but because there are two floors the house is well suited for permanent residence. On the ground floor there is an open living room with a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms. It has all nicely finished and the house is equipped with all the modern comforts.
On the plot of 1991 m2 is enough space to do with it all.
Electricity, water and gas is present. Drainage is via a septic tank and for heating there is a central heating with underfloor heating. At present, there is a wood stove in use.
