Description
Classic farmhouse on a large plot!
The village of Nagybudmér is centrally located between Mohács, Boly and the famous wine village of Villány. Here are some basic basic services available such as a convenience store and a pub but one is a short distance from the larger places. Boly and Villány are at a small 9 km (about 10 minutes) and the larger and historically very important city of Mohács at a small 20 km (25 minutes) and even the real shopping city of Pécs can be reached within 40 minutes (a small 35 km)
The area is hilly and surrounded by nature and known for its many wine routes and wine tastings. You can also use the many bike and walking routes to your heart’s content! Of course, the famous thermal baths are also nearby.
This classic Hungarian farmhouse, built of toe and a part of clay, has to be completely renovated but in the base still in reasonable condition. The living area is 70 m2 and there are 3 rooms a kitchen and a pantry room. There is no bathroom and toilet (there is an outdoor toilet) and there is no connection to the water network. The connection to the water network is already on the plot but will have to be extended to the farm. On the very large plot of 8914 (expandable with more if one wants) there are several useful outbuildings including a stable / shed with garage.
This is really a challenge for someone who wants to live freely and typically Hungarian.
Electricity is present, water through a private source and the drainage runs through a sort of septic tank. Internet and TV connection are possible. There is no sewer in the village.
Price: 3,300,000 HUF K.K. (approximately € 10.500, -) Costs Buyer.
