Partly renovated farmhouse!
In the middle of the wine region and near Villany and Bóly is the medium-sized village of Nagynyárád where all amenities are available such as: supermarket, convenience store, post office and a bank. The area is really beautiful and hilly. Pecs can be reached within 45 minutes. The access roads to and from Nagynyárad are just fine and so are public transport. The M6 to and from Budapest is close and easy to reach. The village is above average prosperous and that is noticeable in everything. Neat and well cared for and the village is spacious, so there is a real spacious feeling.
The farm is in a good and habitable condition (according to Hungarian standards) but a further modernization/finishing wouldn’t hurt. During the renovation, the electricity and water pipes were renewed and the kitchen and bathroom were modernized.
With a living area of only 125 m2, it is a spacious farmhouse and there is a hall, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. There are several outbuildings on the practical plot of 2203m2.
Electricity and water are available and the drainage runs through the sewer. There is a wood/coal central heating system, but the gas connection is already on the plot and can easily be extended. Internet and TV can be requested.
It is a neat, spacious and in good condition farm located in a beautiful and prosperous village!
