Description
A weekend house located near a fishing lake!
Centrally located between Pécs and Szigetvár and very close to the provincial road (6) lies the small village of Nagyváty. In the village there are still some basic facilities but in the immediate vicinity there are several large villages such as Bükkösd. The distance to Szigetvár and to Pécs with is approximately 20 minutes. The accessibility to and from the village is excellent. A Dutch campsite is also located in the village. Interestingly, immediately adjacent to the village are 2 small (fish) lakes. And now leave this uniquely situated weekend / holiday home there!
The cottage has a living space of 62 m2 and there is a living / dining room, kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms have been made. Everything is in good and immediately habitable condition but with the typical “Hungarian” stroke so a small modernization is in place.
From the beautiful covered terrace you have a panoramic view of the lake. The well-kept plot of 1395 m2 is great to relax with the lake in sight.
Electricity and water is present and the drainage runs through a septic tank. For heating there is a typical Hungarian tile stove. Internet and TV connection are possible.
Really a unique (for a fishing enthusiast) opportunity to live directly on a fishing lake. It is not a bargain but the location is worth every €.
Nagyváty is a place (község) and municipality in the Hungarian county Baranya. Nagyváty has 354 inhabitants (2001) .5180
