Beautiful villa located in the wine region of Pécs!
The owner recently completely repainted the villa, new floors and new equipment. The villa is completely ready!
Very near the center of Pécs and in a beautiful hilly area and in the wine region lies this beautiful and in the years 2001-2010 newly built villa in Mediterranean style. Pécs is located at the foot of the Mecsek Mountains and is a really lively and beautiful city with all the amenities you can imagine. The area is hilly and everything is within reach. To give an idea of the central location of this villa …. the modern purchasing center de Árkád, located right in the center of the city, is only 5 km (8 minutes by car) away. The infrastructure and public transportation to and from the villa is just right.
The villa was, as already indicated, built in the period 2001-2010 using the most modern and well-insulated materials and is in an excellent and immediately habitable condition. The Mediterranean style gives the whole an extra luxurious appearance. Because the villa is built in a hilly environment, the current owner has chosen to use the slope and turn it into 2 floors, creating a beautiful whole. The living space is no less than 270 m2 equally distributed over the two floors.
On the lowest floor there is a double garage with 3 rooms / spaces and on the 1st floor / ground floor there is a very spacious and south-facing living room, 3 bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a toilet. All equipped with modern comfort. The plot of 1106 m2 is nicely laid out and completely fenced and closed with a beautiful gate.
Electricity, water and gas are present and the drainage runs through the sewer. As heating there is a gas fired central heating and there is underfloor heating. Internet and TV connection are possible.
Spacious villa in the wine region of Pécs built in a Mediterranean style, not cheap but worth every euro!
Price: 99,000,000 HUF K.K. (approximately € 315,000) Purchaser’s costs.
Pécs (German: Fünfkirchen, Croatian: Pečuh, Serbian: Печуј / Pečuj) is with 146,581 inhabitants (2014) the fourth largest city in Hungary. In 2016, the population had fallen to 145 347. The city is located in the southwest of the country, in the shelter of the Mecsek Mountains, just as far from the Danube as from the Drau (Drava). It is the capital of the Baranya county. Since 1954, Pécs has been a “city with county law” (megyei jogú város). As the southernmost large city in Hungary, the city is characterized by a Mediterranean-like atmosphere. Moreover, the city houses the most striking Turkish buildings in Hungary, which are not particularly numerous in the country.
Pécs is a university town and has mining (uranium, coal), ceramic industry (the porcelain factory Zsolnay), leather goods and food industry. The region south of the city produces wine. The artists Viktor Vasarely was born in Pécs. To the south of the city is the Pécs-Pogány airport.
In 2010 Pécs was one of the cultural capitals of Europe. (Boli)
