Description
Very interesting farmhouse!
In a beautiful natural environment lies the medium-sized village of Tevel (Tolna county). In the village are all facilities such as supermarkets and local shops a post office, bank, food and beverage, school, pharmacy, doctor, not to mention …. a decent bus connection. The prosperous city of Bonyhád can be reached within 15 minutes and there you can shop to your heart’s content,
The farm is located separately and is in a reasonable / good condition (according to Hungarian standards) and also habitable immediately.Obviously a modernization does not hurt but a lick of paint or wallpaper does wonders!
The layout is quite practical …. hall, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, living room, middle room with a 2nd exit to the gallery and a spacious bedroom. The high ceilings give an extra spatial feeling. In the living room is a typical Hungarian tile stove. All rooms are equipped with gas convectors.
The living area is approximately 100 m2 and on the plot of 1040 m2 (there is a 2nd plot of approximately 1500 m2 to buy from the same owner) are several outbuildings including a garage and extra storage space. The wine cellar is very special, namely under the road with its own entrance on the plot. Why …. the house is located lower than the road.
Electricity, water and gas are present and the drainage runs through the sewer. As heating there are convectors on gas and a typical Hungarian tile stove. There is also a private water supply with a hydroforpomp. Fast internet and TV connection are of course possible.
Best spacious farm which is suitable for permanent residence as well as for holiday home and that in a lively village!
Tevel is a place (község) and municipality in the Hungarian county Tolna. Tevel has 1706 inhabitants (2001).
The village is elongated and concentrates along the main road. Centrally located in the village is a freely available natural water source which the local population frequently uses by filling bottles and jerry cans. During the day this is one of the busiest places in the village. (9051)
