Beautiful holiday home near the “small” Lake Balaton!
Just south of Kis Balaton lies the place Zalakaros. This city is famous for its beautiful thermal and swimming pools. Kisbalaton is a small lake with a diverse nature reserve. In Zalakaros you can find everything you need such as: supermarkets, local shops, pharmacy, schools, and eating and drinking places. Public transport to all major cities including Budapest is just very good and runs daily.
The uniqueness of this house, built in 1995, is the very central location (1500 meters) in relation to the beautiful thermal bath of Zalakaros and the beautiful panoramic view. The living area is 80 m2 and there are 3 floors, namely:

A really good investment and with very good rental potential.

Zalakaros is a town (város), spa and municipality in the Hungarian county Zala. Zalakaros had 1,748 inhabitants in 2007 and 1,939 inhabitants in 2016.
A hot spring was discovered in Zalakaros in 1962 and the thermal bath was opened in 1965. The thermal water is rich in minerals and is good for rheumatism patients, among other things. Since 1965, the town has been an important spa town in the province of Zala. Even after the revolution in 1989, the place retained its tourist profile, but there was competition from new spas in the area. Zalakaros received city rights from the Hungarian president in 1997, making it the smallest city in Hungary.
The surroundings of Zalakaros are attractive for tourists. The area is known for vineyards and fruit growing and is hilly. The nature reserve Kis-Balaton is nearby and Lake Balaton is not far from Zalakaros. (8064)
